Hello foodies and welcome my site. My name is Drew, I am a professional chef with over ten years experience working in the industry. My passion is creating seasonal recipes, applying restaurant techniques to home made meals and taking pictures of the foods that I create.
I first knew that I wanted to be a chef when I was about four years old. My family and I went to a Mothers Day brunch at a local country club. I can remember being overwhelmed by the beautiful displays of food and ice carvings. What impressed me the most was the omelette station. I remember watching the blue flames seemingly rise and dance above the chef.
I started cooking when I attended the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. Since then I have worked in many luxury hotels throughout New England and abroad in Scotland. I am currently located in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
